I graduated from the New Horizon School of Massage in Richland, Washington, in December 2009.
When I became interested in massage, I knew that I wanted to work in a chiropractic office and take a medical approach with massage therapy. I have focused my continuing education in Contemporary Cupping Methods and Advanced Cupping Techniques. I have been with Chan Chiropractic and Massage now for over two years and absolutely love working in a family-owned establishment that truly cares for our patients and the community. I believe that massage and chiropractic are a great benefit to health by managing pain, decreasing headaches and aiding both recovery from and prevention of injury. I love to share my knowledge with clients on the importance of stretching and self-care.
Cupping therapy is my specialty and a very powerful and effective modality. I am very passionate about massage and introducing cupping to my clients. Cupping is a non-invasive approach to deep tissue, which helps break up knots and scar tissue from surgeries and repetitive use injuries. Cupping also helps with carpal tunnel, frozen shoulder, arthritis pain, tension, and headaches.
Massage cupping feels wonderful and helps soften tight muscles. Stationary cupping pulls toxins to the surface to aid in our bodies’ natural healing process as well as alleviate low back pain and sciatic nerve pain.
When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy traveling with my husband.
I'm a massage therapist that enjoys helping people and have been practicing massage therapy for fourteen years now. I graduated from the Ancient Arts School of Massage in Richland WA. I enjoy working for Chan Chiropractic and Massage and really enjoy helping people get out of pain and improving their well being.
